Game crashes when using the elevator in Megastar Mansion and Midtown Apartments

We’re aware of an issue where players are experiencing crashes when moving between floors in some Home Designer homes (most reports are Megastar Mansion and Midtown Apartments). We know this issue really is a pain point, so our team is hard at work on a fix for this 💪 We’ll be sure to update the status here once we have it confirmed that we have a fix for the issue and when it can be released!

Duplicate desert snake tapestry / missing Bohemian tapestry

We’re aware of an issue where we have a duplicate desert snake tapestry. Not only that, but one of them has accidentally replaced the previous Bohemian tapestry in the game. The audacity! 😳 We know this a bit frustrating to have your content replaced/have duplicates, so we’re investigating this issue 🔍 and will update here with more information on when we hope to have it fixed!

Sandals on green dress outfit become misaligned when character is sitting

We’re aware of an issue where with one of the green outfits the sandals can become displaced when a character is sitting. We love the casual 💅 vibe but we know this a bit frustrating so we’re investigating this issue 🔍 and will update here with more information on when we hope to have it fixed!

Infinite load for some Amazon players

We’re aware of an issue some players are having with getting stuck on an invite load screen before the main menu ⏰ We’re hard at work investigating this issue 🔍 and how and when we will have a fix, so we will update here with more information when we can. We’re sorry if this is blocking you from playing the game currently, but please check back here for updates.

Typewriter keeps a white outline when tablet is moved away

We’re aware of an issue where moving the tablet from the typewriter tablet from the Creative Workshop Furniture Pack, causes a large white outline to be left where the tablet was 😬 We know it doesn’t look the best in your scenes, so we’re investigating how/if this can be fixed 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

Fountains not movable after placing in Home Designer

We’re aware of an issue where some fountains are currently not moveable in Home Designer scenes after they’ve been placed. Even with the menu still open! 😱 We know this is frustrating (personally I like to move my fountains 100+ times!) so our team is hard at work on a fix for this 💪 We’ll be sure to update the status here once we know when it will be fixed!

Midtown apartments sofa causes crash

We’ve got a fix coming up 🙌 for an issue where placing one of the couches from Midtown Apartments in a scene causes it to spawn multiple times and then crash the game 💥 This issue has now been fixed with app version 1.134 🎉 please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Yoga Mats making characters fly

We’re aware of a strange issue where placing characters near yoga mats 🧘 can cause them to suddenly sometimes fly away 🦸🏼 This will be fixed in a future update to the game 🎉 but due to timing this won’t be fixed with the next release. We’ll be sure to update here and let you know when it’s coming fixed with the next release!

Overlapping issue with in Fluffy Friends Adoption centre Agility area

We’re aware of an issue where the sorting in the Fluffy Friends Adoption Centre can get a bit mixed up when pets and characters are going round the agility area and they overlap quite a bit. Ideally we’d like the sorting to make sense, so we’re investigating how/if this can be fixed 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

All Star Stadium shelves break when using items

We’re aware of an issue where using some items (like a hat 🧢) can cause the shelves to become a bit broken/empty afterwards This will be fixed in a future update to the game 🎉 but due to timing this won’t be fixed with the next release. We’ll be sure to update here and let you know when it’s coming fixed with the next release!

Can't place items on top of two fridges when closed

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where with two fridges in the game (Fridge from Sweetpea cottage and one of the free fridges) it isn’t possible to place items on top of them when the doors are closed, only when they are open. Not the best if you a lacking room and need to stack things on your fridge so we’ll ensure this will be fixed in a future update to the game 🎉 Due to timing this won’t be fixed with the next release, but we’ll be sure to update here and let you know when it’s coming fixed with the next release!

Yoga Mats turning character black

We’re aware of a strange issue where placing characters near yoga mats 🧘 can cause the characters to turn black and looks as if they have a strange pose and are facing backwards. This will be fixed in a future update to the game 🎉 but due to timing this won’t be fixed with the next release. We’ll be sure to update here and let you know when it’s coming fixed with the next release!

Tapping on the lights in Watermelon Wave Club causes app to crash

Previously, there was an issue where tapping the lights in the Watermelon Wave Club pool could cause a crash 💥 This issue has now been fixed with app version 1.133 🎉 so happy swimming and please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Ceiling Furniture displayed too low

We’ve got a fix coming up 🙌 for an issue where placing hanging furniture can be placed too low (hanging mysteriously in mid-air 🤨) and then can be quite difficult to place back up and can get stuck. This issue has now been fixed with app version 1.134 🎉 so happy decorating and please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Dentist chair and phoropter buttons not working

Previously, there was an issue where the buttons raising the Dentist’s chair in the Dentist location and the phoropter, i.e the eye testing machine (yes, I just learnt the word phoropter as well!!) were not working ❎ This issue has now been fixed ✅ with app version 1.133 🎉 so dental 🦷 and eye exams 👀 can resume as normal provided you ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Screen scrolling breaks if a dancing character is interacted with

We’re aware of an issue where in Voxella Festival when grabbing hold of a dancing character 🕺 the camera and scene follows the character. This can make a pretty dizzy experience with the game 😵‍💫 so we are happy to say that this issue has been fixed with app version 1.134 🎉 please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Characters disappear if holding a baby while turned into a baby

We’ve got a fix coming up 🙌 for an issue where characters created in Character Creator can disappear if they are holding a baby and then turned into a baby 👶 Not sure if babies holding babies is such a good idea. This issue has now been fixed with app version 1.134 🎉 please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Extremely difficult to remove wheelchairs from boxes

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where it can be extremely difficult to remove wheelchairs from boxes 📦 We’re investigating this issue 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

Masks and hair clipping and not looking right

Previously, there was an issue where masks and some hairstyles were not working so well together (No one wants a bad mask/hair day 💇) This issue has now been fixed with app version 1.132 🎉 so please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

District map signs can block the Home Designer district signs

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where on the District map, the Home Designer district signs can sometimes block the build menu on some devices 🏗️ We know this is very frustrating and doesn’t look great, so we’re investigating this issue 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

Missing paper stack from My Room Furniture pack

We’re aware of a strange issue where the paper stack 📒 from the My Room furniture pack is no longer in the game 🤷 This isn’t an intended cleaning feature, so we’re investigating how/when this can be fixed 🔍 and added back into the game. Sluggish scrolling in Character Creator on some devices

We’re aware of some slow sluggish behavior 🐌 of the Character Creator menus on some devices. We know this a frustrating experience, so we’re investigating this issue 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can! Adult Character Creator characters wearing baby clothing (and vice versa)

We’re aware of a strange issue where adult Character Creator characters are wearing baby clothing (and vice versa) when exiting the Character Creator 🫢 No one likes being squeezed into bad fitting clothes, so we’re investigating how/when this can be fixed 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

Midtown apartments entrance has snapping issues with certain item types

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where certain items are not able to be placed in the bottom of the scene near the door in the Midtown apartments. They unfortunately snap to the middle of the scene almost like a mini-teleport. We know this is frustrating (especially if like me you avoid cleaning 🧹and love pot plants covering the dust in every corner of a room 🪴), so we’re investigating this issue 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

Character Expressions not draggable in Daycare

Previously, there was a frustrating issue where character expressions 🥺 weren’t able to be dragged on to character in the Daycare location 🛝 This issue has now been fixed with app version 1.133 🎉 so please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Flipped bunk beds causes character to float mid-air

We’re aware of a frustrating issue where when flipping the free bunk bed when a character is lying on it, can cause the character to be left hanging in mid-air 🥱 While IRL this is probably preferable to falling off a bunk bead, we’re investigating how/when this can be fixed 🔍 and will update here with more information when we can!

Unable to retrieve items from gold handbag

Previously, there was an issue where getting items out of the gold handbag was really difficult (in some cases impossible) We know this causes a bit of stress and frustration so this issue has now been fixed with app version 1.132 🎉 so please ensure you are updated to at least this version to see it fixed in your game!

Some babies unable to be placed in chair
